For reservation of Package/Hotels/Transpotation booking, Please deposited 30% of package value. The remaining amount will be deposited before 10 days prior to journey date.
No refund is possible if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, civil/political disturbance, or anything beyond human control. But in such cases there will be full cooperation from the entire Hillstarholidays team to make an alternate arrangement.
Hillstarholidays is not responsible to refund or to compensate any amount of money, if the tourist can’t complete the tour for his or her adverse physical condition or any personal reason.
Package cost doesn’t include porter charges,tip,medical cost and cost of medical assistance,any entry fee,Toll tax,parking.

In case of cancellation of journey cancelled by the passenger, he or she is liable to pay cancellation charges as follows,
between 100 days and 66 days — 10% of the total price
between 65 days and 56 days — 15% of the total price
between 55 days and 41 days — 20% of the total price
between 40 days and 27 days — 25% of the total price
between 26 days and 16 days — 30% of the total price
between 15 days and 8 days — 50% of the total price
between 7 days and Date of Journey days — Advance amount willbe none refundable
Season time Advance amount willbe none refundable(May to july) & (October to December).
